Il Camping La Pineta si trova in Ogliastra nel comune di Bari Sardo, uno dei centri più importanti, ricco di storia, bellezze archeologiche, un bellissimo mare e un altopiano di origine vulcanica tutto da scoprire.
Un territorio che si affaccia su un litorale mozzafiato caratterizzato da una lunga spiaggia sabbiosa e da scogliere scure di origine vulcanica.
Tutta l’area che circonda Bari Sardo è ricca di storia. Il territorio vanta la presenza di un ricchissimo patrimonio archeologico risalente al periodo prenuragico e nuragico. Ne sono testimoni le numerose Domus de Janas e i Nuraghi presenti su tutto il territorio.
Molto Interessante è anche la Torre di Barì o Torre Aragonese, costruzione del 1572 che caratterizza l’intera zona costiera. Sorge su un promontorio che divide la spiaggia in due parti: il mare degli uomini (a nord) e il mare delle donne (a sud).
Bari sardo possiede inoltre delle meravigliose Chiese.
La Chiesa Parrocchiale della Beata Vergine del Monserrato, costruita nel corso del XVII secolo; la Chiesa di San Leonardo del XVI secolo, recentemente restaurata e di semplice bellezza; la Chiesa di Santa Cecilia, una piccola chiesa campestre, e la Chiesa di San Giovanni in località Sa Marina nella quale viene festeggiata la Festa di San Giovanni a fine luglio.
Il centro abitato dista circa 3 km dal Camping ed è raggiungibile anche a piedi o in bicicletta.

Un tour nell’entroterra significherà visitare boschi, gole tortuose, rocce dalle forme particolari, laghetti e cascate; un mix di monumenti naturali simbolo di una terra tanto suggestiva quanto magica, che dall’alto regala una vista mare da invidia.
Troverai una costa molto variegata composta da spiagge sabbiose, di ciottoli o di chicchi simili al riso. Calette incantevoli, più o meno nascoste e più o meno accessibili, raggiungibili via terra o via mare. Ogni spiaggia ha un proprio carattere ed una storia da raccontare. Considerate paradisiache ti lasceranno senza fiato già dal primo incontro.

Camping La Pineta offers various services to its guests, including a bar, restaurant and pizzeria, a mini-market, and a tourist information service at the reception.

The mini-market provides fresh and fragrant bread and warm croissants every morning, which can be ordered the day before. There is a wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products, favoring typical and local products, and other food items. Non-food items such as postcards and stamps are also available, and guests can order their favorite newspapers for collection.

At Camping La Pineta, we take care of our guests with a thoughtful and varied gastronomic offering that we propose in our restaurant – pizzeria. Open for dinner from the end of April, in both low and high season, the restaurant offers land, sea, and vegetarian dishes, but especially traditional Sardinian cuisine.

Our pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven and a takeaway service is available to enjoy them directly in the mobile home or on the pitch.
Half-board service (breakfast and dinner) is available upon request.
The restaurant has an indoor dining room and a large outdoor dining area.

The bar, open from the end of April from breakfast until late at night, consists of an indoor area and a veranda immersed in the garden, to which we dedicate the utmost care to ensure a sense of pleasantness and welcome.
In the lounge, there is a cozy reading area with sofas and armchairs that over the years has been enriched through the exchange/gift of various books by guests, including in foreign languages.
In the morning, guests can enjoy a rich Italian breakfast or a classic cappuccino and croissant, or a continental breakfast prepared upon reservation. For lunch, salads and sandwiches are available.
In the outdoor bar area, we organize live music evenings with rock, pop, or blues music, and when available, we invite the Bari Sardo folk group to perform their repertoire of traditional songs and dances.

Our campsite does not have a swimming pool and does not offer animation. From Monday to Friday, only the mini club is available, where creative workshops and various tournaments are held for children of different ages.

At our Reception, we also offer a tourist information service. Our reception staff are very knowledgeable in guiding guests in choosing places to visit, both sea and mountain. It is possible to book various types of excursions such as boat trips, green train rides, or tours with specialized guides.
Camping La Pineta is an excellent starting point to discover Ogliastra with day trips. By bike, boat, kayak, on foot, or with your own vehicle.
The variety of offers allows alternating relaxing days on the beach with dynamic days, where you can combine an outdoor sport suitable for the whole family with the discovery of fascinating places on the eastern coast of Sardinia.

Guests can visit Bari Sardo and Ogliastra by bike. Bikes can be rented at our reception, and this year, e-bikes are also available.
You can go trekking and venture into the unspoiled territory of our area with various difficulty trails, accompanied if desired by certified environmental guides to reach coves, caves, and spectacular clearings!
You can go horseback riding through the riding school located 100 meters from the campsite.
Not to be missed is the green train tour, an unforgettable day discovering the interior of Sardinia on the charming narrow-gauge train of yesteryear.
For sea lovers, we offer kayak tours or boat trips.
Exploring the coast by kayak is wonderful! Our trusted kayak instructors organize excursions suitable even for beginners.
Alternatively, you can organize a boat trip or rent a dinghy.
Numerous companies offer motorboat excursions to discover the coast of Baunei with its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking inlets, the red rocks of Arbatax, swim in the uncontaminated waters of Cala Mariolu, Cala dei Gabbiani, Cala Biriola, Cala Sisine, and Cala Luna, visit the Grotta del Fico and the Grotta del Bue Marino.
For those who do not like motorboats, it is possible to rent a dinghy that can be driven with or without a license and that will allow the guest to visit the entire coast, choosing autonomously where to stop.
